Patek, Philippe, Genève, No. 791410, case No. 2629486, Ref. 3472. Made in 1962, sold on January 31, 1963. Very fine and unusual 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold buckle. Accompanied by a box, additional bracelet and the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, polished and brushed, textured bezel, the strap fixed between the front and back of the case, winding crown at 12 o?clock. D. Satiné gold, outer engraved baton hour and minute indexes. Yellow gold "baton" hands. M. Cal. 23-300, rhodium-plated, ?fausses cotes? decoration, 18 jewels, straightline lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, free-sprung blued steel Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 30 mm. Thickness 6 mm.
