Patek, Philippe, Genève, No. 791410, case No. 2629486, Ref. 3472. Made in 1962, sold on January 31, 1963. Very fine and unusual 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold buckle. Accompanied by a box, additional bracelet and the Extract from the Archives.

Yellow gold "baton" hands. M. Cal. 23-300, rhodium-plated, ?fausses cotes? decoration, 18 jewels, straightline lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, free-sprung blued steel Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 30 mm. Thickness 6 mm.
