Patek Philippe Ref. 3541, Yellow Gold Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 1124855, case No. 320952, Ref. 3541. Made in 1966. Fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with date and a transparent case back. Accompanied by additional solid gold case back.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down transparent case back, flat stepped bezel, straight lapidated lugs. d. Satiné silver with applied yellow gold and black baton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial, aperture for the date. Yellow gold and black baton hands. m. Cal. 27-460 M, stamped twice with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shockabsorber, self-compensating blued steel Breguet balance spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 11.5 mm.
