Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 1150540, case No. 2679286, Ref. 3543. Made in 1969, sold on September 22nd, 1969. Very fine and elegant, cushion-shaped, 18K white gold wristwatch. Accompanied by a fitted box and the Extract fromthe Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, straight lugs, snap on case back. D. Satiné silver with painted radial Roman numerals. White gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 23-300, stamped with the Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 31 x 31 mm. Thickness 6 mm.
