Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No 1185490, case No 2735347 Ref. 3563-3. Produced in the 1970's.Very fine, center-seconds, water-resistant, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe "guilloché" bracelet.

D. chess-pattern "guilloché" blue with applied white gold indexes. "Bâton" white gold hands. M. 1-350 stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 28 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-pring, bi-directional winding, 18K gold rotor mounted on ball bearings.Dial, case, and movement signed.
