Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 1364708, case No. 2779031, Ref. 3578/1. Made in 1978, sold on November 22nd, 1979. Very fine and elegant, horizontal rectangular, flat, 18K white gold wristwatch with lapis-lazuli bezel inserts and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe woven bracelet. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed , bezel set with lapis-lazuli, cabochon-set winding crown, dedicated snap-on case back. D. Cream with applied blackened white gold baton indexes. Blackened white gold baton hands. M. Cal. 177, stamped with the Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, selfcompensating flat balance spring. Dial, case, and movement signed. Dim. 30 x 26 mm. Thickness 4.5 mm. Approx overall length 175 mm.
