Stainless Steel "Ref. 3579" Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 1159334, Ref. 3579. Made in the early 1970s. Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch. Accompanied by the original fitted box and certificate of origin.
C. Two-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, dedicated case back in Japanese, lapidated lugs, brushed bezel, sapphire crystal. D. Metallic blue with applied steel "baton" indexes. Steel "baton" hands. M. Cal. 23-300 PM, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, free-sprung Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 33 x 38 mm. Thickness 7 mm.
