Patek Philippe Ref. 3591, White Gold Patek Philippe, Geneve, movement No. 1282498, case No. 522718, Ref. 3591-2. Made circa 1970. Fine and rare, thin and elegant, self-winding, 18K white gold wristwatch with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle.

C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, stepped bezel, lapidated lugs, snap-on case back. D. Blue with painted white radial Roman numerals. Black gold baton hands. M. Cal. 28-255, rhodium-plated, stamped with the Geneva Quality Mark, fausses cotes decoration, 36 jewels, Gyromax balance adjusted to five positions, heat, cold and isochronisms, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 21K gold rotor segment. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 33 mm. Thickness 6 mm.
