Very fine and exceptionally rare, oval, 18K white gold self-winding wristwatch with diamond set bezel and dial on an integrated 18K white gold Patek Philippe fine bracelet. Accompanied by Patek Philippe box.

C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, the bezel set with 180 diamonds, sapphire crystal. D. Blue gold with applied 12 diamond indexes. White gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. 28-255, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating fl at balance spring, 21K gold rotor segment.
