?Two Time Zone? Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, "Two Time-Zone", No. 739762, case No. 2757171, Ref. 3619. Made in a very limited number of examples in the 1980s. Very fine and rare, large, horizontal oval, 18K white gold gentleman?s wristwatch with two time-zones, three hands and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives.
