Omani Jumbo Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, "Nautilus", No. 1306579, case No. 540643, Ref. 3700/1. Made in 1978, sold on January 14th, 1980. Very fine and extremely rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, carré galbé, 18K white gold oversized wristwatch with jump-type date, white gold integrated bracelet and white gold deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and the Extract from the Archives.
