Awarded the First Prize with 54,83 points at the Geneva Astronomical Observatory, timing contest 1962, with photocopy of the Geneva Astronomical Observatory contest report. Extremely important and large rectangular 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch chronometer with 50 seconds tourbillon and 57 hours power reserve.
C. massive, polished, satined, made out of two solid gold bars. D. white enamel with applied gold "bâton" indexes, at "8 o'clock", auxiliary seconds dial. "Bâton" gold hands. M. 34 T. of 34.4 mm x 22.2 mm corresponding to an area of 702 mm2, rhodiumed maillechort, "faussescôtes" decoration, 23 jewels, five wheels going train, 50 seconds Tourbillon with bronze berylium carriage made by André Bornand (Master Adjuster) weighing 1,018 gramm including the whole escapement; combined "Duofix" jewelled bushing to bear both the balance and the carriage, straight line lever escapement with 21600 vibrations per hour, brass-invar Guillaume balance with gold timing and posing screws, adjusted to 3 for heat, cold, isochronism and to 5 positions, freespring Breguet overcoil balancespring with inner terminal curve, second hand driven by the first wheel.
