C. Two-body, solid, polished, central lugs, transparent case back, engraved band, cabochon sapphire-set winding crown, sapphire crystals. D. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 240 SQ, skeletonized, made by Pierre Dominietto and engraved by Christian Thibert, 27 jewels, straightline lever escapement, free-sprung Gyromax balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor. Movement signed. Diam. 31 mm. Thickness 5 mm.
