Very fine, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, 24 hour indication, leap year indication and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by the Certificate of Origin, spare case back, booklet and setting pin.
