Very fine self-winding, 18K pink gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box, Certificate of Origin, additional solid pink gold case back, booklets, setting pin, original silver dial and a Patek Philippe letter confirming the substitution of the present dial at the request of the owner.
