Very fine and rare, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, 24 hour indication, leap year indication and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted wooden box, Certificate of Origin, push pin and booklets.

Yellow gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. 240Q, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, free-sprung Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, selfcompensating fl at balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor.
