Very fine, astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a mahogany wooden fitted box, a gold push piece for quick change of the date and certificate.
