Very fine and rare, astronomic, self-winding, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a stainless steel deployant buckle fitted box, certificate, an additional 18K white gold case back and a setting pin.

C. two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back, concave and stepped bezel, sapphire crystals. D. satiné silver with applied white gold indexes, auxiliary dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the 24 hours and the leap year, aperture for the moon phases. White gold "Dauphine" hands. M. Cal. 240 Q, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochrnism and 5 positions, shock- absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring, 22K gold micro-rotor mounted on ball bearings.
