Very fine and rare, astronomic, self-winding, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted winding box, an additional 18K pink gold case back and a black and pink gold setting pin.
