Extremely fine and rare, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an integral 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe bracelet "à petites mailles". Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe fitted box, certificate of origin, spare solid 18K yellow gold back, setting pin and tag.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, concave stepped bezel, transparent back, recessed winding crown, sapphire crystals. D. Silver with applied yellow gold faceted baton and pyramidal indexes, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the 24 hours and the leap year, aperture for the moon phases. Yellow gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. 240 Q stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor.
