Very fine and rare, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and a certificate.

Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 215 stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 33 mm.
