Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, jump-hour, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by original fitted box, commemorative medaillon, and certificate.

Cal. 215HG, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straightline lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring.
