Very fine and rare, water-resistant, astronomic, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, perpetual calendar and moon phases. Accompanied by an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp, box, certificate, and solid back.

C. three-body, solid, polished, screw down case back, concave bezel, fluted lugs. D. matte silver with applied yellow gold indexes, subsidiary dials for the constant seconds, the 30minute register, the date, the 24 hours, and the leap year, aperture for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. Yellow gold "Feuille" hands. M. 27-70 Q, stamped with the "Poinçons de Genève", rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 24 jewels, lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 36 mm.
