Extremely fine and rare, water-resistant, astronomic, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, perpetual calendar and moon phases. Accompanied by an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle, and an additional matte silver dial with applied pink gold "bâton" indexes.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, screwed-down transparent case back, concave bezel, fluted lugs. D. Black with one baguette diamond index at 12 and 10 round diamond indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 24 hours, the 30-minute register, the leap year, the days of the month and apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. Pink gold "feuille" hands. M. Cal. 27-70 Q, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark , rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 24 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating, free sprung, Breguet balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 36 mm.
