Diamond and Sapphire Ref. 4105/1 Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 1245578, case No. 2682086, Ref. 4105/1. Made in 1971, sold on July 15th 1987. Very fine and rare, elegant, oval, 18K yellow gold, diamond and sapphire-set lady's wristwatch with concealed dial and an integral textured 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe bracelet. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, bezel set with 24 round white diamonds, concealed catch to release the springloaded cover set with 37 round sapphires, sapphire crystal. D. Textured gold. Blackened gold baton hands. M. Cal. 16, rhodium-plated, fausses côtes decoration, 20 jewels, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 21 x 25.5 mm. Thickness 10 mm. Approx. overall length 190 mm.
