Very fine and unusual, 18K white gold and diamonds lady's wristwatch with 18K white gold bracelet formed by six oval medallions covered with iridescent blue butterfly wings, each set with 26 round diamonds, buckle set with 28 round diamonds, with matching earrings each set with 36 round diamonds and covered with iridescent blue butterfly wings.
