Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 1271401, case No. 2750283, Ref. 4183-1, 1970 's. Very fine and unusual, horizontal rectangular "galbe", 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with 18K "guilloche" white gold integrated bracelet, with square geometrical pierced design.

C. massive, polished, hooded lugs, "guilloche " band. D. blue surrounded with a white gold oval ring, itself in a blue rectangular frame. "Baton " white hands. M. 16-250 rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, antishock system, self-compensating flat balancespring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 25 x 24 mm.
