Patel( Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 993229 and 992078, case No. 2769643, Ref. 4404, circa 1970. Fine and unusual, horizontal rectangular, two time zone, 18ct gold and diamonds, gentleman's wristwatch, with 18 ct white gold Patek Philippe bracelet and fitted box.

C. massive, polished, satined, bezel set with diamonds. D. guilloche silver and lapis-lazuli double dial. "Baton", blued steel hands. M. rhodiumed, "fausses-cotes" decoration, 20 jewels, lever escapement, Giromax balance, adjusted to 5 positions, antishock system, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Dim. 35x24 mm.
