Very fine and extremely rare, elongated horizontal rectangle with canted corners, 18K white gold and diamonds two-time zone gentleman's wristwatch with two movements, two dials and a wide 18K white gold Patek Philippe linen textured bracelet. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives.
