Stainless Steel 450 Patek Philippe & Co, Genève, movement No. 816383, case No. 613063, Ref. 450. Movement made in 1927, encased in 1936 and sold on September 27th 1939. Fine and rare rectangular "bombé", "Staybrite" wristwatch with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, polished and brushed, "bombé" crystal. D. Two-tone satiné silver with applied steel Arabic 12 and 6, subsidiary seconds. Stainless steel feuille hands. M. Cal. 10''', tonneau, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 26 x 43 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
