Very fine and elegant, astronomic, water-resistant, 18K white gold lady's wristwatch with moon phases and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a box and certificate.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, stepped concave bezel, concave lugs, cabochon sapphire-set winding-crown, sapphire crystal. D. White with applied Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial at 8, aperture for the moon phases at 4. White gold "feuille" hands. M. Cal. 16-250/161, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, micrometer regulator.
