Patek Philippe, Genève, "Travel Time", No. 3079372, case No. 4027829, Ref. 4864. Produced circa 2000. Very fine, two-time zone, water-resistant, 44 hours autonomy, 18K yellow gold lady's wristwatch with cabochon sapphire-set crown and push-buttons and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, ribbed and stepped bezel, straight lugs, the crown at 3 is for time-setting and winding, the push-buttons at 8 and 10 are to independently set the second time zone hand forwards or backwards in one hour increments, engraved case back. D. White with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds at 6, and in 24 hours for the second time zone at 12. Black oxidized gold "feuille" hands.M.
