Very fine and rare, rectangular flared, "bombé", 18K yellow gold and diamond lady's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

Cal. 16-250/107, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 25 x 32 mm. Thickness 7 mm.
