Very fine and rare, rectangular flared, "bombé", 18K yellow gold and diamond lady's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box, sterling silver medal, Certificate of Origin, booklets, and C.O.S.C. certificate.

Yellow gold épée hands. M. Cal. 16-250/107, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straightline lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 32 x 25 mm. Thickness 7 mm.
