Horseshoe Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 823347, case No. 616700, Ref. 497. Movement made in 1929 and encased in 1938, sold on May 5, 1942. Extremely fine and rare 18K white and pink gold wristwatch with extended lugs. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel decorated with a white gold filet in half circle surrounding the dial and the lower lugs, snap on case back. D. Silver with applied white gold indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds. Pink gold feuille hands. M. 9''' rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, heat, cold and isochronism, flat balance spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 25 x 38 mm. Thickness 7mm.
