Horseshoes Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 813864, case No. 620424, Ref. 497. Movement made in 1926 and encased in 1940, sold on June 17th, 1940. Extremely fine and rare 18K white and pink gold wristwatch with extended lugs. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel decorated with a white gold filet in half circle surrounding the dial and the lower lugs, snap-on case back. D. Black with applied white gold indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds. White gold feuille hands. M. 9''' rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, heat, cold and isochronisms, flat balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 25 x 38 mm. Thickness 7 mm.
