HANDS Original

Ref. 5004 First produced in 1994, this highly complicated, manually wound wristwatch combines a split-seconds chronograph with the functions of perpetual calendar and moon phases. The movement consists of a total of 404 parts. The reference 5004 remains one of Patek's most desirable modern complication watches. Its elegant look, similar to the 3970 but with its extra thickness, and of course the split-second mechanism, have made it a true classic.
