Extremely fine, rare and important, tonneau-shaped, minute-repeating, astronomic, self-winding, platinum wristwatch with retrograde perpetual calendar, moon phases, leap year indication and a platinum Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box, certificate and original silvered dial.

Black with applied white gold Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, concentric sector for the retrograde date, apertures for the days of the week, the months, the leap year and the moon phases. White gold Breguet hands. M. Cal. R 27 PS QR, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 39 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, free-sprung Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 22K yellow gold micro-rotor, repeating on gongs by activating slide on the band.
