Extremely fine and very rare, tonneau-shaped, astronomic, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, 24-hour indication, perpetual calendar,moon phases and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by the original fitted box and Extract from the Archives.

Yellow gold Breguet hands. M. Cal. M.27-70/155, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 24 jewels, straightline lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 37 x 45 mm. Thickness 13 mm.
