Cal. 240 PS, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 33 mm. Thickness 8 mm.

This reference is a very practical travel companion, which allows changing the time for that of a second time zone at the push of 2 buttons, which are gracefully integrated into the case. To enhance its functionality, Patek Philippe optimized Ref. 5134 with a patented ?dynamometric? winding crown, thus eliminating any risk of failure or damage to the winding mechanism when it has reached the fully wound position. A gentle clicking sound indicates that the mainspring is sufficiently wound to power the watch for approximately 44 hours.
