Notes

The Officer?s-style case of Patek Philippe?s earliest wristwatches has remained a classic since 1915. Collectors appreciate the solid workmanship of traditional pocket watches, retained here in the knurled crown, hinged back-cover and round case. The cover hinges on lugs protecting the crown and providing a visual balance to the slidepiece for the repeater at 9. This special model was produced in 1997 for the inauguration of Patek Philippe?s new watch-making center in Geneva. It was produced as follows: - 10 examples in 18K yellow gold with champagne dial, - 10 examples in 18Kpink gold with opaline silver dial, including one with a gold dial made especially for an important Patek Philippe customer, - 10 examples in platinum with a black dial
