Very fine and rare, astronomic, self-winding, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, 24 hour indication and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box, setting pin, Certificate of Origin and a service invoice dated September 29, 2004.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back, ribbed and stepped bezel, sapphire crystals. D. Black with white radial Roman numerals, subsidiary dials for the date, days of the week, the 24 hours, the months and leap year, aperture for the moon phases. White gold alpha hands. M. Cal. 240 Q, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
