Very fine and rare, self-winding, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe winding box, the Extract from the Archives and setting pin.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, beaded bezel, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. D. Black with painted white radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the 24 hours and the leap year, aperture for the moon phases. White alpha hands. M. Cal. 240 Q, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor.
