Very fine and very rare, self-winding, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe winding box, setting tool and certificate of origin.

Cal. 240 Q, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, selfcompensating free-sprung flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor mounted on ball bearings.
