Very fine, tonneau-shaped, astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, 24-hour indication and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a winding box, spare case back, setting pin and Extract from the Archives.

Satiné silvered gold with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the leap year, the 24-hours, aperture for the moon phases. Cal. 240 Q, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Glucydur Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring, 22K gold micro-rotor.
