Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, 24-hour indication and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a winding box, additional, 18K yellow gold solid case back and setting pin.

Satiné silver with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, the week, the months, the leap year and the 24 hours, aperture for the moon phases. Yellow gold "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 240 Q, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodiumplated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, freesprung Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 35 x 43 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
