Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, astronomic, self-winding, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, 24-hour indication and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box, certificate, 18K white gold spare solid case back and setting pin.
