Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, self-winding, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, 24-hour indication and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by fitted winding box, Certificate of Origin, additional case back, setting pin and Instruction Booklet.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. D. Black with applied white gold Arabic numerals and round indexes, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, the week, the months, the leap year and the 24 hours, aperture for the moon phases. White gold feuille hands. M. Cal. 240/114, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straightline lever escapement, free-sprung Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor.
