Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, selfwinding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, 24-hour indication and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Cal. 240/Q, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, free-sprung Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor.
