Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, self-winding, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, 24-hour indication and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted winding box, additional solid 18K gold case back, setting pin and an Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. D. Black with applied white gold Breguet numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, the week, the months, the leap year and the 24 hours, aperture for the moon phases. White gold Breguet hands. M. Cal. 240/114, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 35 x 43 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
